This educational session was led by David Byrd, Director of Wellness and team member at Innovative Treatment Supplies.

SHC organized several training sessions during the day to work with caregivers' varied schedules in The Villages. David demonstrated correct techniques, after which our caregivers practiced with peers while receiving personalized guidance and coaching. SHC management also participated in the sessions, interacting with caregivers both before and after each training portion in The Villages, Florida.
