At Senior Home Companions, our remarkable caregivers form the foundation of our relationship-focused organization. Throughout our years of committed service, our caring caregiver companions have provided assistance to over 3,000 families, delivering outstanding, customized and reliable care that enables our senior clients to live fulfilling and active lives. We are honored to provide our team members ongoing support and extensive training, achieving an outstanding 90% retention rate that significantly exceeds industry standards.
As we begin our 27th year of service, we are delighted to recognize again our outstanding caregivers from each month throughout 2020. "These amazing caregivers establish an exceptionally high standard, and we are profoundly thankful to each one for their unwavering commitment to our clients," shared Nicole Bieker, HR manager. "They have truly redefined our understanding of essential workers throughout this challenging year."

Annual Caregiver Outstanding Achievement Award Winner
From our 12 monthly honorees, one exceptional individual earned recognition as our annual caregiver outstanding achievement award winner for 2020: Alicia Reese (featured above). Alicia joined SHC as a caregiver in October 2019, and she appreciates working at Senior Home Companions because of the genuine care they demonstrate toward both team members and client families.
