As a companion caregiver with Senior Home Companions, each day offers fresh challenges. You'll find fulfillment in developing connections with clients and their families while assisting them to preserve independence within their own residences. Your caregiving responsibilities may encompass light housekeeping, promoting physical activity and social interaction, managing documents, food preparation, personal care and numerous other activities. Our care options span from several hours weekly to round-the-clock assistance, providing you the adaptability to select shifts that align with your personal calendar.

Pairing Caregivers with Clients

We perform comprehensive evaluations with both clients and caregivers that take into account personality traits, interests and values to establish optimal partnerships for everyone involved. Compensation Incentives for Companion Caregivers
Through Senior Home Companions of Central Florida and Story Cottage (Naples area), new companion caregivers can earn incentives of $100 following 30 days of employment, $150 after 60 days and $250 upon completing 90 days. Please note that caregivers must maintain 32+ hours weekly for 90 days, sustaining perfect attendance and achieving performance expectations. At Story Cottage and Senior Home Companions of Central Florida, existing caregivers can earn a $500 referral incentive, with $250 provided to both the referring caregiver and new team member. Caregivers must maintain 32+ hours weekly for 4 weeks (30 days) with perfect attendance and no performance concerns to receive compensation.
Throughout the Naples area, our Angels Senior Home Solutions team members can also receive bonus compensation. New companion caregivers receive incentives of $120 after 30 days of employment, $125 following 60 days and $125 upon reaching 90 days. Personnel must fulfill a minimum of 25 hours weekly for 90 days with perfect attendance and no disciplinary incidents during this timeframe. For referral incentives totaling $500 ($250 to both referring caregiver and new hire), caregivers must sustain 31+ hours weekly for 4 weeks (30 days) with perfect attendance and no performance issues.These incentive programs at all Florida offices continue through July 4, 2021.
