Position Overview
Caregivers at Senior Home Companions collaborate closely with client families to help local seniors maintain enriching and independent lifestyles. Our experienced caregivers deliver customized, empathetic care services designed for each unique client. Primary duties include but are not limited to:
- Personal Care Assistance
- Companionship Services
- Light Housekeeping Duties
- Transportation Support
- Meal Planning and Preparation
- Medication Reminders
- Supporting clients with daily living activities including: bathing, grooming, personal care

Required Qualifications and Abilities
Essential requirements for success in this caregiver role in Naples include proven experience caring for seniors (home care experience is highly preferred) along with:
- Valid Florida Driver's License (7-year driving record)
- Clean criminal background with no convictions that would prevent employment, no negative records or listings in the Nurse Aide Registry or Employee Misconduct Registry.
- Current Auto Insurance
- Social Security Card
- Level 2 background screening completion, independent contractors are responsible for
- Current CNA license or HHA Certificate
- CPR Certification (Red Cross or American Heart Association)
- HIV/AIDS Training Certificate
- Annual Physical and TB screening documentation (Physician Verification)
